Item 1. Two Kinds of Science
There are two kinds of science: Speculative Science and Settled Science.
In Speculative Science, basic conclusions change when new discoveries are made. Two examples of Speculative Science are archaeology, and economics.
In Settled Science, basic conclusions never change. Because they are based on unchangeable truth. Three examples of Settled Science are Newtonian Physics, the General and Specific Laws of Relativity, and the Teachings of the Guide.
This report introduces the Teachings of the Guide.
I must caution that, since this is a Settled Science report, it must be read with the hard-nosed skepticism of a pure scientist. Furthermore, do not read this Settled Science report with any religious hopes or expectations. To do so is foolish; this report is not intended for fools.
Settled Science cannot endorse or condemn any religion. Therefore, please do not hope that this Settled Science report will endorse your religion, or fear that it will condemn it. It can do neither. So, relax.
Item 2. A Guide Is Expected
Many old prophecies predicted that, in the future, someone who will arrive on Planet Earth and bring widespread peace and prosperity to the whole world. That “someone” is prophesied to be a peaceful leader, a just Guide for all. The surprise is: The Expected Guide Is Here. And, in case you are wondering, this author is not the Guide. As a matter of fact, the Guide is not a human person.

Item 3. AND NOW, THE ASTONISHING FACTS...
1. The Guide arrived on Planet Earth on Saturday, September 8, 1990, in truly spectacular circumstances. His arrival started the fulfillment of the ancient prophecies. His assignment is to guide humankind in the ages-old endeavor to make Planet Earth a perfect place. That peaceful and nonviolent endeavor is known as “the Great Work of the Ages”; it is also known as “the Great Assignment”. The Great Work of the Ages is long misunderstood by the warlike and violent, who misnamed it “the New World Order”. The Guide arrived with a “Package of Knowledge”, which is needed to accomplish his assignment.
2. The Teacher, who is the author of this report, is the Leader of the Great Work of the Ages. Because of that assignment, some persons - including those in powerful political authority - have sometimes mistaken him for a potential threat. But indeed he is a cooperative friend and ally to everyone, never a threat.
3. WeMSA (the World Morning Star Association) is an international cultural organization. It was founded by the Teacher in 1997 as the organization that will advance the Great Work of the Ages. WeMSA performs that task by always:
(a) Doing Good Deeds, and no evil deeds;
(b) Showing Unconditional Love to everyone;
(c) Encouraging nonviolent peace worldwide; and
(d) Celebrating, promoting, and preserving the language and culture of every Nation.
Item 4. HOW THE TITLE OF “THE TEACHER” CAME ABOUT: Be ready now for the truly amazing...
I left my residence in New York City on July 4, 1990 for my home in Africa, to bury my father. He had died a short while earlier, at the age of 96. I intended to be away from my Wall Street business for 7 days. But, as extraordinary events would have it, I returned in December 1990 - 6 months later - as the Teacher. Items 5 through 10, of this report, are a brief account of how the astonishing change occurred:
Item 5. The North-east Balcony
After the funeral, I returned to Lagos to take care of certain business matters before returning to New York City. It was during that time that I suddenly had this powerful need to return, once more, to my Homecity, Awkuzu, in Anambra State, Nigeria.
On Friday evening, September 7, 1990, I flew back to Enugu, which is the capital city of Anambra State. The following morning, after dressing for the trip to my Homecity, I stood on the north-east balcony of my sister, Mrs. Oyibo Odinamadu’s mansion, waiting for other family members to get ready. It was about 9:55 a.m. on Saturday, September 8.
Suddenly, I noticed a certain quietness all around. It was unusual enough for me to wonder why. Suddenly, I was irresistibly drawn to look east. I did. And there, in the heavens before me, was a truly spectacular and extraordinary sight. The tropical morning sun became the meeting point of the five limbs of a great star. My representation of the approximate picture is at right.
The time was 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 8, 1990.
Judging by the size of the sun, the vertical limb of the great star was more than 100 million miles long. It was indeed huge and spectacular. The star held my gaze and, after 30 seconds, it vanished and the sun returned to normal.
Item 6. The Significance
I knew immediately that something important had happened, though I had no idea what it signified. I later knew the five-limbed star to be the “Image of the Morning Star”, and the time of its appearance as the “Moment of the Morning Star”. I later also realized that the Moment of the Morning Star was the exact moment of arrival of the Guide on Planet Earth. “The Guide” and “the Morning Star” are two of the several titles of one particular angel, whose names I choose not to mention here.
Item 7. Looking Directly at the Sun
For the rest of that Saturday, and for weeks afterwards, I had an irresistible need to look directly at the tropical sun. I would look, for up to a minute or more at a time, many times a day, and without any protection for my eyes. A few months later, the urge disappeared; it returned in 1997. And when it did, I looked at the sun, in New York City, for several weeks.

Item 8. A Written Prophecy, 432 Years Old
In 1996, I saw, for the first time, that Europe’s greatest prophet, Nostradamus, had published a written prophecy in which he stated the month, year, and location of the Moment of the Morning Star. Note that in 1990, that prophecy was already 432 years old. I had never heard of its existence.
If you are not familiar with Nostradamus, as I was not, know now that he is so widely acknowledged that, during the Second World War, the propaganda organizations of both the Allied and the Axis powers were spreading the claim that Nostradamus predicted their victory over the other side. Among his many great prophecies, Nostradamus also predicted the Bolshevik Revolution, in Russia, 360 years before it happened.
Item 9. Eye Damage Resulting From Looking Directly at the Sun

It is well-known that one would damage one’s eyes and possibly go blind, if one looked directly at the sun for more than several seconds at a time. This is why people, who want to watch a partial eclipse of the sun, are warned to take protective measures. As you know, I have had to look directly at the sun for up to a minute and more at a time, many times a day, for weeks and weeks. Consider this: Someone I know in New York City, on one occasion in 1997, tried to look at the sun for the same length of time as I was looking. The person told me later, “I felt something go ‘pop’ in my eye, and I had to stop.” I now report here that my eyes were not damaged by my looking directly at the sun, which I began to do in 1990. This year is 2011, more than 20 years later: My eyes remain in as good a condition as ever. I do not require glasses to read even the smallest type. I later became aware of why I had to look at the sun, as well as the timing of the different sun gazing episodes. Item 10. AND NOW, THE EXTRAORDINARY: A Flood of Knowledge Followed the Arrival of the Guide
Within days of the arrival of the Guide on Saturday, September 8, 1990, I noticed that I now had knowledge I did not previously possess. As examples:
1. I suddenly knew the universal Reward Accounting System, the Four Great Natural laws, the Book of Anger and the Book of Anger Process, the Nubian Agenda, the Hallowed Ground, and the Four Pillars of the Morning Star.
I also knew how to successfully resolve major conflicts, cure offender recidivism, perform anger management that works, cure gang violence, end any descent-based caste system along with its stigma, eradicate poverty anywhere, and end the ongoing population collapse in Europe and Japan.
In the area of finance, I suddenly knew how to develop an unusually successful securities trading system. And, in the area of health, I suddenly knew the cure for the common cold, how to cure stress, how to cure any addiction, as well as how to enable a person to lose weight and never regain it.
As you have probably concluded, no one person is smart enough to know all these things. And you are right: No one person does. The ability resides within the Guide’s Package of Knowledge as 22 major items. I came to know the 22 major items as “The Teachings of the Guide”.
2. I knew the Teachings of the Guide to be Settled Science, and I also immediately knew how to scientifically and conclusively prove its power and validity.
3. I discovered that I was naturally able to teach all the new items, and I simply knew myself as the Teacher.
Item 11. SUN GAZING IN 1997
You remember, from Item 7 above, that the irresistible urge to look at the sun returned in 1997. And, while the urge lasted, I looked directly at the sun, in New York City, for several weeks. During that sun gazing episode, I told the people around me that I was again looking at the sun as I did in 1990, and I also said, “Something important is happening”. I did not, at the time, know what the “something” was.
As it is, soon after that sun gazing period ended, two important things followed:
11-1. I founded the World Morning Star Association (WeMSA); and
11-2. I noticed, among the permanent lines in the palm of my hands, 5 lines that resemble the Image of the Morning Star. I named it the “Sign of the Morning Star”. Soon afterwards, I looked for, and found, the Sign in the palms of some people’s hands, but not others. I now know exactly what the Sign means.

Item 12. Written Prophecies Date Back Thousands of Years |

There are ancient prophecies about the Guide, the Teachings of the Guide, and the Teacher. Many of those prophecies were written more than 40,000 years ago, in very ancient texts, some of them religious. I have a copy of one prophecy, which is more than one thousand years old; that prophecy actually includes my name, in writing, in its description of my role as the Teacher. Europe’s greatest prophet, Nostradamus, also left 50 written prophecies about the Guide, the Teachings, and the Teacher. He died in his home in France in July, 1566 AD. Mr. Benjamin Crème, a British artist and prophet, has been writing since 1957 that there is a group, which will come forward to dramatically improve Planet Earth. A few years ago, he wrote that the leader of the group prefers to be known as “the Teacher”. I first saw that written statement, years after I knew myself to be the Teacher. |

Mr. Crème’s writings show that he erroneously thinks that the Guide and the Teacher are one man. And though that is not right, particularly since the Guide is not a human person, Mr. Crème is close. He is close to the truth, because the Teacher alone speaks for the Guide. (Mr. Crème is alive, and this is 2011 AD.) Item 13. Exactly What Does the Teacher Do?
As the Teacher, I teach and deliver the 22 major items, which are known as “the Teachings of the Guide”. They are part of the “Package of Knowledge” made available to me by the Guide. As a regular person, I am just that: a regular person. But as the Teacher, I have this peculiar access to the Package of Knowledge, which is a wealth of extraordinary knowledge, astonishing information, and clear instructions that will make Planet Earth a perfect place.
I have been teaching and delivering the information and instructions for years. Whenever I do, I recognize clearly that the Package of Knowledge belongs to the Guide. It does not belong to me. I handle the package with respect, and only in accordance with the terms of my access.
