In a document filed on June 20, 2007 (9-07 MSD), Honorable Shirley Wohl Kram, a United States District Judge based in New York City, made the government’s final disposition of the fabricated case against me.
In that ruling, Honorable Kram stated that “the Court will not issue a certificate of appealability”. In other words, the judge concluded the United States government’s official position in the matter. Judge Kram is the same judge who has presided over the case from the very beginning.
A BIASED AND UNJUST JUDGE
In the last filing in my appeal of the jury’s wrong verdict, which filing I addressed to Judge Kram and copied the government’s lawyers, I stated as follows: “Based on your actions throughout the case, it is clear that your honor is a biased and unjust judge. I expect you will deny my appeal though you know I am innocent.” She did not disappoint.
The American justice system, like the justice system of almost all countries, boldly claims high standards it does not uphold. Many American judges are crudely biased and they routinely make a blatant mockery of justice. I soon recognized that what is loftily described as legal “due process” in America really means “giving an accused person a manipulated trial and finding him guilty regardless of the truth”. The deceptive system is grossly lacking in honor, integrity, and credibility.
My personal experience, garnered from living in the United States for more than 40 years, has demonstrated to me that the American justice system is rotten to the core. Most American judges and attorneys have no respect for justice or for what is right. They are shameless pretenders who have been irreversibly unmasked by their unlawful actions. Astonishingly, the much deceived (and conniving?) public chooses not to notice.
STRONG LANGUAGE REQUIRED
I am deliberately using strong language in this report (though I love unconditionally all those involved in the unlawful case against me). I have decided to use such language because I am one of those who have chosen never to lie. To use softer language in this report is to tell a lie - and I won’t.
The idea is: “I love you unconditionally, but who are you that I will lie to you? What can you do to me?” Even if you attempt the ultimate and succeed in terminating my life (and some have tried), your own life will automatically and inescapably become a living hell, both on Earth and, after your own death, for all eternity, while I, floating away with my abundance of Reward Points will be promoted to Angel. As a result, I know no fear, and I have no concern for my personal safety.
I have written 14 paradigm-changing books, which are based on the Teachings of the Guide. The books will defy anyone’s most determined attempt to silence me. It is too late now. The books will live robustly on to perpetuate my work about which many prophecies, ancient and modern, have been written.
INTERESTING DISCOVERY
In 1999 (4-01 MSD), while I was imprisoned at the United States federal prison in Fort Dix, New Jersey, I discovered in a book that the Teacher would be imprisoned by powerful authorities. I made this surprising discovery about 18 months after my imprisonment began. I also discovered in the same book that someone who claimed to be the Teacher, and who had been detained for several days by United States immigration authorities, had changed his name to Osho.
It is noteworthy that I first knew myself to be the Teacher in 1990 (4-10 MSD), and that my true, given name is Uche, which, in the language of my Nation, means “the Will of the Father” as well as “the Word of God”.
